KENENNA CHIGBO

Kenenna is a member of the Firm’s Litigation/Alternative Dispute Resolution, International Debt Recovery and Corporate Commercial/Transaction Advisory groups. He is a graduate of the Nnamdi Azikiwe University where he bagged his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) with Honours and has earned his B.L from the Nigerian Law School. He is also certified in Privacy Law and Data Protection from the prestigious University of Pennsylvania, USA.

Kenenna is well experienced in the areas of Information Technology Law, Intellectual Property Law, Contract Law, Blockchain Technology, Privacy and Data Protection, Debt Recovery, Corporate and Commercial practice and Transactions advisory as well as general Civil and Criminal Litigation. As an Associate at E&P Legal, he regularly advises, appears and represents both local and International Clients on a wide range of transactions and commercial dispute litigations in various Courts of records in Nigeria.

His key attributes are his IT Skills, legal knowledge, commercial awareness, creativity and absolute dedication to the delivery of value to all Clients. He is a member of the Google Developers Group (GDG Lagos), Nigerian Bar Association; NBA – Section on Business Law, an alumnus of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Academy, Switzerland, and the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI).

Prior to joining E&P Legal, Kenenna had garnered significant experience in two other notable law Firms and has consulted for several IT Firm within and outside Nigeria.
